What is Drop Shipping?

You give customer orders to your suppliers and they will send the items directly to your customers. In this way, you do not bother managing inventory nor spend money to deliver the items from you to your customers. This is drop shipping and Cheaper-than provides this service without charging any extra dollar.

How do you send products to my customers?

You just need to leave your customers address as shipping address and billing address as yours. Shipping rate is calculated according to the shipping address.

Good to know:

1. You can have only one shipping address in an order and we only charge you once, which means we wont send multiple items in one order to several customers. You will have to make several orders if the recipients are located at different places.

2. When your customer is not happy with the items for any reason, you will stand as their representative to deal the issue. You are the sole buyer of the order for us and we will communicate with you rather than your buyer. In this case, you may need to collect information from your buyer and if the item is returned by you or your customer, we will refund you instead of your customer.
